Herbalmaaike.nl, overfytotherapie.nl, andersinbalans.nl, botanomedica.nl are just a few of the names i've thought of for my Dutch website about herbal medicine. But suddenly after months of thinking, rethinking and talking about those names i've finally come up with one. www.herbalisme.nl. Very simple, but it says exactly what i am and what i do. Unfortunately, in Holland, most people don't even know what a phytotherapist is, so even less have heard of the word herbalist...

Like some of you already know, i've managed to pass my driving test. Suddenly i've got loads of sparetime... (ahum) So in order to keep myself out of trouble, i've come to the following conclusion: instead of studying even more, i'm going to start playing a musical instrument again. I do apologize in advance, but i can't be held responsible for any injury caused whilst i'm playing with my toy.

What to do when your at med school and you don't feel like studying? Well, you could start writing songs about drugs, wonderdrugs, or make a video about the London Underground. Or you could do what i do: browse the i-net and find them...

3 years after i said i would start taking people on herb walks, i actually took my first group of interested med students for a walk.

K: "Do you want a desert?"
A: "No thanks"
M: "You don't really like desert, do you? You don't have that many deserts in Britain anyway..."
A: "No, not really. Well actually, we kinda do and i quite like them. I just don't like the Dutch ones."
K: "Racist."
