Daily work

So if I don't smile at you in the grocery store, please do not hold a grudge against me... it probably wasn't a good day at work."(Two years ago, walking by an elderly couple, I heard them whisper: "They don't pay respect to the elderly anymore." But I was thinking about the thirty year old lady we lost that day...)
