Okay, i'm definitely avoiding my studies at the mo... but i found this really intersting text that i wrote when Queck and i were thinking of starting a blog back in September (!). Thought i had to share this with you guys *smile*. An update on how i've managed to survive my first year will follow shortly...

"Suddenly you wake and you are a general medicine student. Actually, you’re on this MSc general medicine/clinical research course, back in your ‘own’ country, trying to speak the language you once spoke so well… and you start to wonder… how did it get this far?

And there’s something more: you’re also a herbalist, you’re on the ‘alternative’ (they don’t understand complementary) side…

So there you are, med students all around and you are trying to fit in… no chance… Luckily I’m not trying. After my initial thoughts of not telling anybody, I realised I can’t keep my mouth shut..."
