What's in a name?

Monday 14 January 2008 at 9:28 pm. Well, apparently a whole lot (or so it would seem). Esp if you wanna get onto a transatlantic flight. Cos for one reason or the other, natives of English speaking countries don't get the idea behind a 'tussenvoegsel'. This makes booking a flight a big, big challenge... Cos if the name on the reservation ain't the same as the one on your passport you're royally screwed...
