One used to be able to get a new, clean white coat from a lady behind a desk. One would just go up to her, and ask her. Normally her reply would be: "I'm sorry, but i haven't got your size anymore. Would you like to get a different size?" And one would get a small instead of an extra-small.

But 2 weeks ago they dispersed themselves of this lady, and got themselves a machine. Saves a lot of hassle... of course. First of all, they had to issue my pass, and issued me with the wrong coat ("no machine, i don't need the uni-sex, i need the doctor's one"). Then, last week they ran out of my size, and i couldn't get a different size (of course). Yesterday, there were NO coats whatsoever. And today, i could actually even change my size (cos my size wasn't available yet again). But unfortunately for the machine i'm not going to swop my ES coat for an EL one! I'll prob drown...
