cycling

Saturday 06 September 2008 at 03:34 am. Most people know that i'm not much of a cyclist. But since i'm in the States without a car, and i'd like to go from A to B i've borrowed a bicycle... So yesterday i went down the road (8 miles) to go to a talk on chakras (which was fun btw), but since the temperature and the humidity are both very high around here it almost felt like cycling through Burgers' Bush... It was lovely to be out of a building, wind in my hair, but i must admit that it isn't really a cyclist-friendly-city. I mean: a bike-lane suddenly starts and after a few 100 meters it suddenly it ends... I've still got a lot to learn around here...
