Saturday baking-day

Saturday 27 September 2008 at 10:29 pm. Okay, so another Saturday passed. Last Saturday i couldn't really cook due to the power cut (although i made a chili), but since the power is back on i feel like doing lots of stuff again! So after going to the library, cycling down Bardstown Rd, having a coffee, doing some grocery shopping i decided to finish my pumpkin pie (i'd already made the dough) and make some cupcakes. I still need to get used to the ingredients in this country. They are different from the ones we have in Holland (or UK). And not only the ingredients. Take for example the cupcakecups... they're not as sturdy... so i now got very interesting shaped cupcakes as well... (sorry guys, still haven't bought a camera so can't show you pics)
