Another Friday-baking

Monday 03 November 2008 at 12:16 am. Okay, so last Friday my housemate pestered me into some baking. We made something i would never have thought of... a layer of coconut cookies mixed with butter, layered with some sweetened condensed milk, layered with some peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and dessicated coconut. Not the kind i'd normally make and not sure if i'll repeat this experiment ever again. Very interesting, very sweet, very rich...
