Cauliflower-chocolate soup

Friday 14 November 2008 at 8:44 pm. (Yes, you've read it right: a cauliflower and chocolate soup.) It wasn't my idea though, I used the recipe from Frank. He has served it to my grandma once, and she loved it, so I couldn't stay behind, could I?
The result was strange... my brain kept telling me this combination couldn't work. But it did, the soft creaminess of the cauliflower is a good contrast to the dark, more bitter chocolate half of the soup. Try it, as a starter is my advice.

I think I’ll go for this one next week, it’s so weird I simply have 2 try.. :)
But: PUMPKINFRIES!! >> are goooooood! They look good, they taste good… and making it is almost to easy.
Loved it! (topped it with a pesto/mayo sauce) perfect side dish!
